Initial public issue of 1,75,200 equity shares of Rs10 each ("Equity Shares") of Nirmitee Robotics India Limited ("NRIL" or The "Company") for cash at a price of Rs185 per share (The "Issue Price"), aggregating to Rs3.24 crores ("The Issue") , of which 9,600 equity shares of Rs10 each will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (The "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. Issue of 1,65,600 equity shares of Rs10 each is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue".
