Intial public offer of 56,50,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each of Rachana Infrastructure Limited ("RIL" or the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs135 per equity share including a share premium of Rs125 per equity share (the "Issue Price") aggregating to Rs76.28 crores ("The Offer") comprising of fresh issue of 28,25,000 equity shares of
Rs135 per equity shares aggregating to Rs38.14 crores and offer for sale of 28,25,000 equity shares by selling shareholders of Rs135 per equity shares aggregating to Rs38.14 crores, of which 2,84,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each will for cash at a price of Rs135 per equity share including a share premium of Rs125 per equity share aggregating to Rs3.83 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. net issue of 53,66,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each at a price of Rs135 per equity share aggregating to Rs72.44 crores is herein after referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 30.37% and 28.84 % respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
The face value of the equity shares is Rs10 each and the issue price is 13.80 times of the face value.
Bid can be made for minimum of 1000 equity shares and in multiples of 1000 equity shares thereafter.
