Initial public offer consisiting of fresh issue of 24,84,000* equity shares of face value of Rs10 each fully paid for cash at a price of Rs52 per equity share (the "issue price") (including a share premium of Rs42 per equity share) aggregating up to Rs12.92** Crores (the "issue") of which 1,26,000 equity shares of face value Rs10 each for cash at a price of Rs52 per equity share, aggregating Rs0.66 Crores will be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the issue (the "market maker reservation portion"). The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. Issue of 23,58,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each for cash at a price of Rs52 per equity share, aggregating Rs12.26 Crores is hereinafter refered to as the "net issue".
