Initial public offering of 25,547,445* equity shares of face value of
Rs2 each ("Equity Shares") of Supriya Lifescience Limited ("The Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs274 per equity share ("Offer Price") aggregating to Rs700.00 crores, comprising a fresh issue of 7,299,270* equity shares aggregating to Rs200.00 crores ("Fresh Issue") and an offer for sale of 18,248,175* equity shares aggregating to Rs500.00 crores by Satish Waman Wagh (The "Promoter Selling Shareholder") (The "Offer for Sale", together with the fresh issue, the "Offer"). The offer will constitute 31.74% of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital.
