Initial Public Offering of up to 12,90,000 equity shares of Rs10.00 each ("Equity Shares") of Foce India Limited ("Foce" or "The Company") for cash at a price of Rs225 per equity share (including a share premium of
Rs215 per equity share (The "Issue Price"), aggregating to Rs29.03 Crores ("The Issue"), consisting of fresh issue of upto 9,00,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs20.25 Croress and an offer for sale of upto 3,90,000 equity shares by the promoter selling shareholder ("Selling Shareholder") aggregating to Rs8.78 Crores ("Offer for Sale"), out of which up to 64,800 equity shares of Rs10 each for a cash at a price of
Rs225 per equity share aggregating to Rs1.46 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (The "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of up to 12,25,200 equity shares of Rs10 each for a cash price at a price of Rs225 per equity shares aggregating to Rs27.57 crores hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 26.36% and 25.04 %, respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
The face value of the equity shares is Rs10/- each and the issue price is 22.50 times of the face value.
Bids cans be made for a minimum of 600 equity and in multiple of 600 shares thereafter.
