Initial public offer of 37,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each ("Equity Shares") of Jeena Sikho Lifecare Limited ("Company" or "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs150 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs140 per equity share) aggregating up to Rs55.50 crores ("Issue") of which 1,86,000 equity shares of face value Rs10 each for cash at a price of Rs150 per equity share aggregating Rs2.79 crores will be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of 35,14,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each for cash at a price of Rs150 per equity share, aggregating Rs52.71 crores is hereinafter refered to as the "Net Issue. The issue and the net issue will constitute 26.79% and 25.44%, respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
The face value of the equity shares is Rs10 each and the issue price of Rs150, i.e 15 times of the face value.
Bids can be made foa a minimum of 1000 equity shares and in multiples of 1000 equity shares thereafter.
