Rs2 each ("Equity Shares") of Abans Holdings Limited (the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs270 per equity (including the securities premium of Rs268 per equity share), aggregating to
Rs345.60.* crores ("The Offer") comprising of a fresh issue of 38,00,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs102.60.* croress (the "Fresh Issue") and an offer for sale of 90,00,000 equity shares by Abhishek Bansal ("The Promoter Selling Shareholder") aggregating to Rs243.00* crores ("Offer for Sale").
The offer constitute 25.53% of the fully diluted post offer paid-up equity share capital of the company.
