Initial public offering of 26,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each ("Equity Shares") of PNGS Gargi Fashion Jewellery Limited ("Gargi" or "The Company" or "The Company" or "The Issuer") for cash at a price of
Rs30/- per equity share (including a premium of Rs20/- per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating Rs7.80 croress ("The Issue") of which 1,36,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs0.41 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of 24,64,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each at an issue price of Rs30/- per equity share aggregating Rs7.39 croress ("Net Issue"). The issue and the net issue will constitute 27.00% and 25.59% of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company.
The face value of the equity shares is Rs10/- each and the issue price is 3.0 times of the face value.
