Initial public offering up to 38,65,200 equity shares of Rs10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Matrix GEO Solutions Limited ("MGSL" or the "Company") for cash at a price of Rs[*]/- per equity share (the "Issue Price"), aggregating to Rs[*] crores ("the Issue").
