Initial public offer of upto 52,99,200 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each (the "Equity Shares") of Bharatrohan Airborne Innovations Limited ("the Company" or "Bharatrohan" or "the Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs[*] per equity share including a share premium of Rs[*] per equity share (the "Issue Price") aggregating to Rs[*] crores ("the Issue"), of which upto [*] equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each for cash at a price of Rs[*] per equity share including a share premium of Rs[*] per equity share aggregating to Rs[*] crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The floor price is 8.00 times times the face value and cap price is 8.50 times of the face value of the equity shares.
