Initial public ofefr of 52,50,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Agni Green Power Limited ((the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs10/- per equity share, at par (the "Issue Price"), aggregating to Rs5.25 crores ("The Issue"), of which 2,70,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each for cash at a price of Rs10/- per equity share, aggregating to Rs0.27 crores will be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of 49,80,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each for cash at a price of Rs10/- per equity share, aggregating to Rs4.98 croress is here in after referred to as the "Net Issue".
