Energy Preview: WTI crude oil extends rebound in early Asia
(07-Oct-2025, 07:47 Hours IST)

WTI crude oil futures are rebounding further after hitting a near four month low last week and extending gains following an over 1% surge yesterday. Oil prices reportedly drifted higher after the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries and its allies (OPEC+) agreed to a smaller-than-expected hike in its crude production levels. Investors await release of the American Petroleum Institute (API) weekly crude oil stock report later on Tuesday. The counter is currently seen quoting at $61.78 per barrel, up 0.15% on the day.
