Initial public offering of up to 9,122,720 equity shares of face value of Rs2/- each ("Equity Shares") of Atlanta Electricals Limited ("Company" or "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs754 per equity share (including a Share Premium of Rs752 per Equity Share) ("Offer Price") aggregating up to Rs687.34 crores (the "Offer") comprising of a fresh issue of up to 5,311,825 equity shares of face value of Rs2/- each aggregating up to Rs400.00 crores ("Fresh Issue") and an offer for sale of up to 3,810,895 equity shares of face value of Rs2/- each ("Offered Shares") aggregating up to Rs287.34 crores comprising up to 435,900 equity shares of face value of Rs2/- each by Atlanta UHV Transformers LLP, aggregating up to Rs32.87 crores, up to 666,560 equity shares of face value of Rs2/- each by Hemang Harendra Shah aggregating up to Rs50.26 crores, up to 777,185 equity shares of face value of Rs2/- each by Nimish Harendra Shah aggregating to Rs58.60 crores, up to 217,500 equity shares of face value of Rs2/- each by Dhaval Harshadbhai Mehta (Held Jointly with Avanee Dhavalbhai Mehta) aggregating up to Rs16.4 crores, up to 326,250 equity shares of face value of Rs2/- each by Gitaben Harshadbhai Mehta (Held Jointly with Harshadbhai Amritlal Mehta) aggregating up to Rs24.60 crores and up to 1,387,500 equity shares of face value of Rs2/- each by Jignesh Suryakant Patel aggregating up to Rs104.62 crores (Collectively, "Selling Shareholders" and such offer for sale of equity shares by the selling shareholders, the "Offer for Sale").
Price Band: Rs754/- for equity share of face value of Rs10 each.
The floor price is 75.4 times times the face value of the face value of the equity shares.
Bids can made for a minimum of 19 equity shares and in multiples of 19equity shares thereafter.
