Initial public issue of upto 30,60,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each ("Equity Shares") of Cool Caps Industries Limited ("Company" or "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs38 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs28 per equity share), aggregating Rs11.63 crores ("The Issue"), of which 1,56,000 equity shares of face value Rs10 each for cash at a price of Rs38 per equity share, aggregating Rs0.59 crores will be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e., net issue of 29,04,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each for cash at a price of Rs38 per equity share, aggregating Rs11.04 crores is hereinafter refered to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 26.47% and 25.12% respectively of the fully diluted post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
The face value of the equity shares is Rs10 each and the issue price of Rs38 is 3.8 times of the face value of the equity shares.
Bids can be made foa a minimum of 3000 equity shares and in multiples of 3000 equity shares thereafter.
