Initial public issue of 26,04,000* equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each of Purple United Sales Limited (the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs126 per equity share including a share premium of Rs116 per share (the "Issue Price") aggregating to Rs32.81 crores ("The Issue"), of which up to 1,31,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each for cash at a price of Rs126 per equity share including a share premium of
Rs116 per equity share aggregating to Rs1.65 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e net issue of 24,73,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each at a price of
Rs126 per equity share aggregating to Rs31.16 crores is herein after referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 27.10 % and 25.73 % respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
The face value of equity shares is Rs10/- each. The issue price is 12.6 times the face value of the equity shares.
