Initial public offer of up to 14,46,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each (the "Equity Shares") of Nanta Tech Limited ("the company" or " Nanta" or "the issuer") for cash at a price of Rs209-Rs220 per equity share including a share premium of Rs199-Rs210 per equity share (the "issue price") aggregating to Rs30.22-Rs31.81 crores ("the issue"), of which up to [*] equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each for cash at a price of Rs[*] per equity share including a share premium of Rs[*] per equity share aggregating to Rs[*] crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "market maker reservation portion").
