Initial public offering of up to 2,20,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs2/- each ("Equity Shares") of the company for cash at a price of Rs108 - Rs114 per equity share (including a Share Premium of Rs106 - Rs112 per Equity Share) ("Issue Price") aggregating up to Rs237.6 - Rs250.8 crores ("Issue").
