Initial public offer of 34,23,600 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each ("Equity Shares") of the company at an offer price of Rs[*] per equity share (including a share premium of Rs[*] per equity share) for cash, aggregating up to Rs[*] Crore ("Public Offer") comprising a fresh issue of 29,08,800 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each aggregating to Rs[*] Crore (the "Fresh Issue") and an offer for sale of 5,14,800 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each comprising of 1,25,452 , 1,25,452 , 62,974 ,1,00,461 , 1,00,461 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each by Debasish Sarkar, Prajnashree Mohapatra , Shilpa Mohta , Anindya Sen and Anirban Dasgupta (" Selling Shareholders) respectively "Offer For Sale" aggregating to Rs[*] Crore. Out of public offer 1,71,600 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each, at an offer price of Rs[*] per equity share for cash, aggregating Rs[*] Crore will be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the offer (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The public offer less market maker reservation portion i.e. offer of 32,52,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each, at an offer price of Rs[*] per equity share for cash, aggregating up to Rs[*] Crore is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Offer". The public offer and net offer will constitute 26.50 % and 25.17 % respectively of the post- offer paid-up equity share capital of the company.
Price band: Rs200/- to Rs204/- per equity share of face value of Rs10 each.
The floor price is 20.00 times the face value of the equity shares and cap price is 20.40 times of the face value of the equity shares.
Bids can be made for a minimum of 1,200 equity shares and in multiples of 600 equity shares thereafter.
