Initial public offer of up to 39,60,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Dachepalli Publishers Limited (the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs100 - Rs102 per equity share, including a share premium of Rs90 - Rs92 per equity share (the "Issue Price"), aggregating to Rs39.6 - Rs40.39 crores ("the Issue"), of which 39,60,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each for cash at a price of Rs100 - Rs102 per equity share, aggregating to Rs39.6 - Rs40.39 crores will be reserved for subscriptions by the market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion").
