Initial public offering of 31,71,600 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each ("Equity Shares") for cash at a price of Rs183/- per equity share (including a premium of Rs173/- per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating to Rs58.04 Crores ("the Issue"). The issue constituted 26.49% of the post-issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
The issue included a reservation of 1,59,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs2.91 Crores (Constituting 1.33% of the post issue paid-up equity share capital of the company) for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue constituted 26.49% and 25.16% respectively, of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company.

The floor price 18.3 times the face value of the equity shares.
