Initial public issue of 28,17,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10.00 each ("Equity Shares") of the company for cash at a price of Rs[*] per equity share (including a share premium of Rs[*] per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating up to Rs[*] crores ("the Issue"). The issue comprises a fresh issue of 28,17,000 equity shares aggregating up to Rs[*] crores ("Fresh Issue").
This issue includes a reservation of 1,56,000 equity shares aggregating up to Rs[*] crores (constituting 1.80% of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company) for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e issue of 26,61,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each at an issue price of Rs[*]/- per equity share aggregating to Rs[*] Crore is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue shall constitute 32.50% and 30.70%, respectively, of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company, respectively.
The face value of the equity shares is Rs10.00 each.
Price Band. Rs114 to Rs120 of face value of Rs10/- each.
The floor price is 11.4 times of the face value and the cap price is 12.0 times of the face value of equity shares.
Bids can be made for a minimum of 2000 equity shares and in multiples of 1000 equity shares thereafter.
