Initial public issue of up to 33,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs5/- each of Unisem Agritech Limited (the "company" or the "issuer") for cash at a price of Rs[*]/- per equity share including a share premium of Rs[*]/- per equity share (the "issue price") aggregating to Rs[*] crores ("the issue"), of which 1,68,000 equity shares of face value of Rs5/- each for cash at a price of Rs[*]/- per equity share including a share premium of Rs[*]/- per equity share aggregating to Rs[*] crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "market maker reservation portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. net issue of [*] equity shares of face value of Rs5/- each at a price of Rs[*]/- per equity share including a share premium of Rs[*]/- per equity share aggregating to Rs[*] crores is herein after referred to as the "net issue". Price Band: Rs63/- to Rs65/- for equity share of face value of Rs5 each.
The floor price is 12.60 times times the face value and cap price is 13.00 times of the face value of the equity shares.
Bids can made for a minimum of 4,000 equity shares and in multiples of 2,000 equity shares thereafter.
