Initial public issue of 50,00,000* equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Ashwini Container Movers Limited ("Company") for cash at a price of Rs142/- per equity share (Including a Share Premium of Rs132/- per Equity Share) ("Issue Price") aggregating up to Rs71/- crores of which up to 2,50,000* equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each for cash at a price of Rs142/- per equity share including a share premium of Rs132/- per equity share aggregating to Rs3.55 will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. net issue of 47,50,000* equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each at a price of Rs142/- per equity share aggregating to Rs67.45 crores is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 33.33% and 31.67% respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
