Initial public offering of 2,20,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs2 each ("Equity Shares") of the company for cash at a price of Rs108-Rs114 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs106-Rs112 per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating to Rs237.6-Rs250.80 crores ("Issue").
