Initial public offering of up to 1,06,00,000 equity shares of Rs10/- each of Shree Ram Twistex Limited ("the Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of 104 per equity share (including a securities premium of Rs94 per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating up to Rs110.24 crores ("the Issue").
