public issue of 51,42,400 equity shares of face value Rs10/- each ("equity shares") of the company for cash at a price of Rs90/- per equity share (Including a Securities Premium of Rs80/- Per Equity Share) (the "Issue Price"), aggregating Rs46.28 crores ("Issue") out of which, 2,59,200 equity shares aggregating to Rs2.33 crores is reserved for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of 48,83,200 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each at an issue price of Rs90/- per equity share aggregating to Rs43.95 crores is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue".
