The issue comprise of a public issue of 43,77,600 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each fully paid (the "Equity Shares") for cash at a price of Rs[*]/- per equity shares (including a premium of Rs[*]/- per equity share) aggregating to Rs[*]/- crores ("The Issue") by the company.
