Initial public issue of upto 9,44,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each of Sonalis Consumer Products Limited (the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs30/- per equity share including a share premium of Rs20/- per equity share (the "Issue Price") aggregating to Rs2.83 crores ("The Issue"), of which up to 52,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each for cash at a price of Rs30/- per equity share including a share premium of Rs20/- per equity share aggregating to Rs0.16 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. net issue of 8,92,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each at a price of Rs30/- per equity share aggregating to Rs2.67 crores is herein after referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 47.22% and 44.62% respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
