Rs4.75 crores, 500,000 equity shares by Shreyans Gautam Chowdhary aggregating to Rs4.75 crores, 3,300,000 equity shares by Richa Sambhav Chowdhary aggregating to Rs31.35 crores and 3,300,000 equity shares by Samiksha Shreyans Chowdhary aggregating to Rs31.35 crores ("The Offer for Sale"). The offer constituted 29.47 % of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital of the company.
