Initial public issue of up to 60,40,800* equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Sacheerome Limited (the "Company" or "SL" or "Issuer") at an issue price of Rs[*] per equity share (Including a Share Premium of Rs[*] per Equity Share) for cash, Aggregating up to Rs[*] crores ("Public Issue") out of which upto 3,02,400 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each, at an issue price of Rs[*] per equity share for cash, aggregating Rs[*] crores will be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion").
