Initial public issue of upto 32,49,600 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each of Supertech EV Limited ("SEL" or the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs92 per equity share including a share premium of Rs82 per equity share (the "Issue Price") aggregating to Rs29.90 crores ("The Issue"), of which 1,63,200 equity shares of face value of
Rs10/- each for cash at a price of Rs92 per equity share including a share premium of Rs82 per equity share aggregating to Rs1.50 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The public issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. net issue of 30,86,400 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each at a issue price of Rs92 per equity share including a share premium of Rs82 per equity share aggregating to Rs28.40 crores is herein after referred to as the "Net Issue". The public issue and the net issue will constitute 26.29% and 24.97% respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
