Initial public issue of up to 58,32,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each ("Equity Shares") of Savy Infra AND Logistics Limited ("Company") for cash at a price of Rs[*] per equity share (Including a Share Premium of Rs[*] per Equity Share) ("Issue Price") aggregating up to Rs[*] crores of which up to 2,92,800 equity shares of face value of Rs[*] each for cash at a price of Rs[*] per equity share including a share premium of [*] per equity share aggregating to Rs[*] will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. net issue of 55,39,200 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each at a price of Rs[*] per equity share aggregating to Rs[*] is herein after referred to as the "Net Issue".
