Initial public issue of 44,49,600 equity shares comprising of (a) fresh issue of 39,99,600 equity shares by the company (b) an offer for sale of 4,50,000 equity shares by the selling shareholder of face value of Rs10/- each of Valencia India Limited ("vil" or the "company" or the "issuer") for cash at a price of Rs[*] per equity share including a share premium of Rs[*] per equity share (the "issue price") aggregating to
