Initial public issue of up to 70,00,000 equity shares of Rs10/- each ("Eequity Shares") of patel chem specialities limited ("Patel Chem" or "PCSL" or the "Company") for cash at a price of Rs[*]/- per equity share (the "Issue Price"), aggregating to Rs[*] crores ("the Issue"). Out of the issue, 3,53,600 equity shares aggregating to Rs[*] crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. net issue of 66,46,400 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each at an issue price of Rs[*]/- per equity share aggregating to Rs[*] crores is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 28.15 % and 26.72 %, respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.

The floor price is 8.2 times of the face value the cap price is 8.4 times of the face value.
