Initial public offer of upto 57,36,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each (the "Equity Shares") of Monolithisch India Limited ("the Company" or "the Issuer") at an issue price of Rs[*] per equity share (including share premium of [*] per equity share) for cash, aggregating up to Rs[*] crores ("Public Issue") out of which 2,88,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each, at an issue price of Rs[*] per equity share for cash, aggregating Rs[*] crores will be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion").
