Initial public issue of up to 63,50,400 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each of Shlokka Dyes Limited ("S D L" or the "Company" or the"Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs[*] per equity share including a share premium of Rs[*] per equity share (the "Issue Price") aggregating to Rs[*] ("the Issue"), of which 3,24,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each for cash at a price of Rs[*] per equity share including a share premium of Rs[*] per equity share aggregating to Rs[*] will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e., net issue of 60,26,400 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each at a price of Rs[*] per equity share aggregating to Rs[*] crores is herein after referred to as the "Net issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 29.66 % and 28.15 % respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
Price Band: Rs95/- to Rs100/- for equity share of face value of Rs10 each.
The floor price is 9.50 times times the face value and cap price is 10.00 times of the face value of the equity shares.
Bids can made for a minimum of 2,400 equity shares and in multiples of 1,200 equity shares thereafter.
