Initial public offering of up to 61,69,600 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Optivalue Tek Consulting Limited ("Optivalue" or "the Company" or "the Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs[*]/- per equity share (Including a Premium of Rs[*] per equity Share) ("Issue Price") aggregating to Rs[*] crores ("the Issue") by the company. The issue comprises a reservation of which upto 3,13,600 equity shares of Rs10/- each will be reserved for subscription by market maker reservations portion and a net issue to the public of 58,56,000 equity shares of Rs10/- each is hereinafter referred to as the net issue.
