Initial public offering of up to 1,60,00,000* equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Prostarm Info Systems Limited ("the Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs105/- per equity share (Including a Securities Premium of Rs95/- per Equity Share) ("Issue Price") Aggregating up to Rs168.00 crores ("the Issue"). The issue will constitute 27.18% of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital.
 
The face value of the equity shares is Rs10/- each and the issue price is 10.5 times the face value of the equity shares.
