Public issue of upto 15,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each ("Equity Shares") of KCK Industries Limited (the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs30 per equity share, including a share premium of Rs20 per equity share (the "Issue Price"), aggregating Rs4.50 crores ("The Issue"), of which upto 76,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each for cash at a price of Rs30 per equity share, aggregating Rs0.23 crores will be reserved for subscriptions by the market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of upto 14,24,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each cash at a price of Rs30 per equity share, aggregating
Rs4.27 crores is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 27.27% and 25.89% respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
The face value of the equity shares is Rs10 each and the issue price of Rs30 i.e. 3.00 times of the face value of the equity shares.
