Initial public offering of up to 46,296,296 equity shares bearing face value of Rs10/- each (the "Equity Shares") of Wework India Management Limited ("Company" or "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs648 per equity share including a share premium of Rs638 per equity share (the "Offer Price") aggregating to Rs3000 crores through an offer for sale (the "Offer") of up to 35,402,790 equity shares by the promoter selling shareholder aggregating to Rs2294.10 crores and up to 10893,506 equity shares by the investor selling shareholder aggregating to
Rs705.90 crores (Collectively, the "Selling Shareholders") (the "Offer for Sale" and such Equity Shares, the "Offered Shares").
The offer includes a reservation of up to [*] equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each, aggregating to Rs3.5 crores (Constituting up to [*] % of the Post Offer Paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company for Subscription by Eligible Employees (the "Employee Reservation Portion"). The offer less the employee reservation portion is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Offer".
