Initial public offering of up to 18,75,200 equity shares of Rs10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Radiowalla Network Limited ("RNL" or the "Company") for cash at a price of Rs76/- per equity share (the "Issue Price"), aggregating to Rs14.25 crores ("The Issue"). Out of the issue, 1,12,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs0.85 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of 17,63,200 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each at an issue price of Rs76/- per equity share aggregating to Rs13.40 crores is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 26.61 % and 25.02% respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
The face value of the equity shares is Rs10/- each and the floor price and cap price are 7.2 times and 7.6 times of the face value of the equity shares, respectively.
