Initial public offer of up to 31,69,200 equity shares of face value Rs10 each (the "Equity shares") of hp telecom india limited ("The Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs108 per equity share (including a securities premium of Rs98 per equity share) ("Issue Price"), aggregating up to Rs34.23 crores (the "Issue") of which 1,59,600 equity shares aggregating to Rs1.72 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("market maker reservation portion").
