Initial public offer of upto 62,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10.00 each ("Equity Shares") of Moving Media Entertainment Limited (the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs70 per equity share including a share premium of Rs60 per equity share (the "Issue Price") aggregating to Rs43.40 crores ("the Issue"). The issue includes a reservation of upto 14,98,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs10.49 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. net issue of upto 47,02,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs32.91 crores (the "Net Issue").
