Board of HLE Glascoat approves fund raising up to Rs 350 cr

The Board of HLE Glascoat at its meeting held on 29 May 2023 has approved raising of funds by way of issue of equity shares or any other instruments convertible into equity shares or any other eligible securities through qualified institutions placement, private placement/ public issue of equity, preferential issue or through any other permissible mode and/ or combination thereof as may be considered appropriate, subject to such statutory/ regulatory approvals including the approval of the Shareholders at a general meeting or through postal ballot, as may be required for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs. 350 crore.
