The Board of Torrent Power at its meeting held on 29 May 2023 has approved the issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures upto Rs 3,000 crore in one or more tranches by way of Private Placement, subject to approval of the Members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.
