Axis Bank allots 1.58 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 158,894 equity shares under ESOP on 30 April 2025. The paid-up share capital of the Bank has accordingly increased from Rs. 6,195,572,930 (3,097,786,465 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 6,195,890,718 (3,097,945,359 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
