Northstar is a leading company with extensive capabilities and relationship relating to the designs, development, manufacturing, enhancement, and provisioning of the NORTHSTAR aerial (air-to-air) refueling product line, for various airborne platforms Under the terms of the agreement, both parties will collaborate exclusively with each other to develop, facilities and depot level capability to sell and support Northstar product and services to Indian Armed Forces. The agreement is for a period of 10 total years. Paras Defence and Space Technologies is primarily engaged in the designing, developing, manufacturing, and testing of a variety of defence and space engineering products and solutions. The company caters to four major segments - defence & space optics, defence electronics, heavy engineering, and electromagnetic pulse protection solutions. The company's consolidated net profit jumped 21.1% to Rs 18.21 crore in Q3 FY26, compared with Rs 15.04 crore in Q3 FY25. Net sales climbed 24% YoY to Rs 106.35 crore in Q3 December 2025.
