Initial public offer of upto 14,52,800* equity shares of face value of Rs10.00 each (the "Equity Shares") of Vama Wovenfab Limited (the "Company" or the "Issuer") at an offer price of Rs324-341 per equity share for cash, aggregating up to Rs547.07-49.54 Crore comprising of a fresh offer of upto 14,52,800* equity shares aggregating to Rs547.07-49.54 Crore ("Fresh Offer"). The offer includes a reservation of upto 72,800 equity shares of face value of Rs10/-each, at an offer price of Rs34-341 per equity share for cash, aggregating Rs2.36-2.48 Crore will be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the offer (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The public offer less market maker reservation portion i.e. Net offer of upto 13,80,000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each, at an offer price of Rs324-341 per equity share for cash, aggregating upto Rs44.7-47.06 Crore is herein after referred to as the "Net Offer". The public offer and net offer will constitute 28.00% and 26.59% respectively of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital of the company. The face value of equity shares is Rs10/-each. The price band and the minimum bid lot will be decided by the company.
Price Band: Rs324.00 to Rs341.00 per equity share of face value of Rs10.00 each.
The floor price is 32.4 times the face value of the equity shares and cap price is 34.1 times of the face value of the equity shares.
Bids can be made for a minimum two lots of 400 equity shares and in multiples of 400 equity shares thereafter.
