Public issue of 27,04,000 equity shares of Rs10 each ("equity shares") of Shradha Infraprojects (Nagpur) Limited ("SINL" or the "company") for cash at a price of Rs70 per share (the "issue price"), aggregating to Rs18.93 Crores ("the issue"), Consisting of fresh issue of 21,32,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs14.92 Crores and an offer for sale of 5,72,000 equity shares by the selling shareholder aggregating to Rs4.01 Crores ("offer for sale"), of which 1,44,000 equity shares of Rs10 each will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "market maker reservation portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. Issue of 25,60,000 equity shares of Rs10 each is hereinafter referred to as the "net issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 28.04% and 26.55%, respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
The face value of the equity share is Rs10 and the issue price is Rs70 The issue price is 7.0 times of the face value.
