Initial public issue of 4800000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each of Pratham EPC Projects Limited ("PEPL" or the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs75/- per equity share including a share premium of Rs65/- per equity share (the "Issue Price") aggregating to
Rs36.00 crores ("The Issue"), of which 240000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each for cash at a price of Rs75/- per equity share including a share premium of Rs65/- per equity share aggregating to Rs1.80 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. net issue of 4560000 equity shares of face value of Rs10/- each at a price of Rs75/- per equity share including a share premium of
Rs65/- per equity share aggregating to Rs34.20 crores is herein after referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 27.03% and 25.68%, respectively, of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. the face value of the equity shares is Rs10/- each.
Price Band: Rs75 per equity share of face value of Rs10 each.
The floor price is 7.5 times of the face value.
Bid can be made for a minimum of 1600 equity shares and in multiples of 1600 equity shares thereafter.
